Digital Aids Are Here to Stay
I am so impressed with my new digital hearing aid. I love how small it is. No one will ever even know that I’m wearing this little guy. Digital aids are programmable. For example, if I am getting to much feedback in loud areas the device can be reprogrammed to lower the volume. The big down side to these hearing aides is that they are pretty darn expensive and insurance does not pay for them. I had been saving some money for some time to make the upgrade. I must say that all my saving really paid off. I wish I could have saved a little bit faster so I could have had this new digital aid sooner.
