Pushups and presses are by far the best exercises to build chest muscle fast. The pushup is a basic exercise performed by almost everyone that exercises, but it needs to be done properly for maximum benefits. The proper way is tuck in your elbows, tighten your abs and press your buttock muscles together as you perform it. Hold your body as straight as a rod as you go down on your chest and come up. Tuck in your elbows even for presses. There are several variations to the pushups and presses like inclines, declines, TRX straps, etc. which you can try out on different days. If you are worried about developing droopy pecs, donĂ¢??t perform any flat pressing and pushing with or without dumbbells and barbells. Instead focus on decline pushups (feet higher than your head) and incline presses. This will make sure you develop the upper chest adequately for a wholesome looking chest.
